There are so many things I am loving right now, but I thought I would share just a couple that might make your week a little brighter.
The Ginger Runner’s Cascade Crest 100 Video Amongst the Evergreens. Check it out everyone! I love all of his running films, but this one is his best yet. He’s incredibly inspirational and the views are unbelievable.
Pinch of Yum’s Sweet Potato Turkey Chili. I prepped this delicious chili for dinner this week and am loving it. I added a bottle of beer in place of some of the stock and added some quinoa too. Check out the recipe here.
This Clean Eating Infographic from Skinny Mom and This Infographic from Body Unburdened. Most of us know what we need to be eating, but this is a great guide for those that need to reset from the holiday season. These would be great to print out and put somewhere that you would see them everyday to serve as a reminder. The nutrition graphic is so helpful. Plant power!
This Quote. I just want to read this everyday to feel inspired and push harder. Running is so much more than just running.
