Hiya! I’m happy to be back in my blogging groove after some much needed time off. The second half of last year was crazy and it feels good to be back! I am also digging my new routine. As you all know I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon in May which basically means it’s time to start training. My not so little tush is out of shape and I’m ready to chase some goals.
Over the coming months I hope to share my training updates with you good people on a regular basis. I think its fun to see what others are up to and I hope you feel the same. I also know it will make me more accountable on my workouts because just putting something in writing always does that to me.
For the month of January I will be doing the Yoga with Adriene TRUE 30 Day Challenge. I adore her and love that she provides such incredible content on her YouTube Channel.
Be sure to follow me over on Instagram for daily bits here and there. I really love sharing on my stories!

This workout killed me! I loved it though. It felt good to push it hard.
Highest High: Completing all the burpees of Friday’s workout. I’ve always hated them which is part of the reason why I threw them on the programming for Friday.
Lowest Low: None to report yet!
Biggest Improvement: Watching my body change through yoga. As the days have go, things that were once very challenging are getting easier.
Biggest Challenge: Realigning my goals and adjusting my expectations. My body is out of shape and no where near where it used to be.
That’s a wrap.
How is your week going?
