I didn’t have any serious goals for this week other than to have a great race! I ran the Tinker Bell Half Marathon yesterday and can’t wait to share my experience with ya’ll. Check out my race goals here. 🙂
Monday: TIU Bikini Yoga
Tuesday: 2 weird treadmill miles (13:54, 10:27) + glute bridges, clamshells, crunches, bird dogs + hand weights + Blogilates Quick Burn Thighs and Booty
Thursday: 2 treadmill miles
Saturday: walked around Disneyland for 8 miles
Sunday: Tinker Bell Half Marathon + walked around Disneyland
Total Miles: 17.1
