If you are new in the neighborhood (hi!) and if not you know the deal. I will be sharing my training weekly because I love reading about how others train and by writing this down it helps to keep me accountable. I announced my full race calendar for 2016 here, so be sure to check that out. There are lots of amazing races and places on this list!
This was a pretty decent week. I skipped my Thursday run, but oh well. I needed the rest and still feel prepared for the Tink Half this weekend. I started using my new Garmin Forerunner 235 this week. I am obsessed with it! I have already been adjusting my paces based on the heart rate data. I really want to continue to focus on slow, even paces to build my base before next month rolls around and marathon training builds.
