I shared my race calendar at the beginning of the year and nothing has really changed since then. I will be running the Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon and runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon this fall.
Since I started a new detox diet about two weeks ago I’ve been struggling with my workouts. I’ve been feeling better overall, but have been taking it easy and resting when I have felt like I need it. I know my body is still adjusting to everything, but I was really ready to get back to everything.
I also started another 30 Day Yoga Challenge this week. This is one of my goals for the month of August 🙂
Here’s the run down:
15 minutes of easy spinning + quick lifting session (standard squats, sumo squats, step ups, and bicep curls all with 20 lb barbell) + dog walk
